Order cancellation and refund policy

It will proceed as soon as you receive your order and the delivery will be start on the same day or the day after your order. Therefore, you can only cancel or refund the order before the delivery starts. Please understand this and place an order.

The refund procedure usually takes 5-7 business days, after this period the refund will be reflected on your credit card statement.

Return policy

Due to the specific nature of the products we offer we do not accept returns. No one can guarantee that the storage conditions are met during the return transportation thus we cannot accept them even if the package remains unopened.
